Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it! Togetic.com will accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To return your Togetic.com purchase, please reach out to our customer support team at Support@Togetic.com to confirm.
- Returns for sales orders over 14 days old cannot be accepted.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it - brand-new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued by Togetic.com cannot be exchanged or refunded. All government taxes are non-refundable.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item at our return address.
**We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
Return & Refund Process
If your request meets the above criteria, submit your return request to our support team at Support@Togetic.com to confirm the return.
Once the return has been reviewed, approved, and accepted, return instructions will be provided. The warehouse address will be sent to you by mail.
A refund to your original payment method for the returned item will be issued once it has been received.
We are confident about the quality of our products. However, there may be some cases that items do not meet your expectations.
- If you use the product in the wrong way, we will guide you to fix it.
- If you find the product does not work for your pet, we need to confirm the current situation of your pet before proceeding with the refund to you.
If your case is eligible for a refund, you will receive 50% of your order value, the rest of 50% is to cover the fulfillment fee and shipping fee that we were charged to send items to you. After we refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or credit card.
